Picture of the Day

Kansas City ranks second in the world in number of fountains erected in a city. Only Rome, Italy, has more. This particular fountain is named the Pamona Fountain and can be found at the corner of Ward Parkway and Wornall. Pamona is a roman goddess and protector of gardens.

I went to the Plaza tonight and took this picture - so far it is one of my favorites, especially at night.
