Complaint & Summons to Appear

I got a certified letter in the mail to appear in court for having "A pile of wood all over the rear yard" & a "white truck parked in a unimproved surface in the rear yard". This is obviously NOT my yard, so I got my "case" dismissed today. The guy who made the error sounded like he felt really bad for scaring the crap out of me when I first opened the letter. AND, to add insult to injury, I had to make a special trip to the post office to pick the darn letter up!
