It's a GO!

It is official as of this morning - I will be a homeowner at the end of the month!

My realtor gave me a verbal commitment from the seller that they would accept my new offer, but I didn't want to say anything until I saw the signed paperwork for myself.

My mortgage broker is scheduling my closing with the title company and I am pricing out homeowners insurance.

Now maybe I can get a little sleep!
